Hip bakery that has a ton of artisan breads and sweets. They have pizza, but only one kind every day. I went on a Wednesday and they had this pizza. It was awesome.

Very good deep dish.  Try the pepperoni and jalapenos.  Delicious.

Really good buffet.  Definitely go to this place. A helpful tip: Fill up your plate as much as you can and get a to go box. Easy two meals.

Korean Village Wooden Charcoal Korean Barbecue House

Kai Bi and Jap Jae

Assorted side dishes
This place is really good to eat.  I ordered the Kai Bi (short ribs) and Jap Jae (clear noodles).  After a few minutes free side dishes came out.  At this restaurant, you can also cook your own food over a charcoal grill.  The grill was about a couple of feet long and was surprised about the ability to grill indoors.  I seriously do not know if this place ever closes.  I have been here at 3 am and they would still serve us.

Toyose

Fried chicken wings

Flavored Soju
I love eating Korean food and have been going here for years.  Even if it is for a small snack, I go with a few buddies for the Kimchi fried rice and chicken wings.  The chicken wings are amazing, not too spicy and always delicious.  Their flavored Soju come in a variety of flavors such as strawberry, pineapple, and peach.  The restaurant itself is a converted garage and you might pass by it without even noticing.  Once you step inside, it is all set up like a restaurant.  Definitely a place to eat for a light dinner or late night.  Every night Toyose closes at 2 am.

Shabu House

Assorted vegetables with some tofu and udon

Kobe Beef

Spicy Miso Soup with dipping sauces

Shabu House on Geary is one of the best shabu restaurants I have been to in San Francisco.  I almost always get the large Kobe beef with spicy Miso soup.  The vegetables also come with the meal.  When I ate there last night, I had to wait about 15 minutes just for a party of 2.  This place gets really crowded at dinner time.  It is a lot better to go during their happy hour when it's not as busy and the bill is discounted a little also.  At the end a scoop of ice cream is given.  It is usually green tea or red bean.  I chose the green tea.

Chez Maman

This French restaurant serves the best panini in the city.

All panini served with salad
The one i like the most is a panini with chicken, pistou, aioli , roasted peppers
The price is a little expensive, but it deserves.

The best Italian restaurant in the City. Fabulous food and  good customer service. Try ridged pasta with foie gras, scented with black truffles and Marsala. It is the best dish you will ever taste.

Hong Kong Lounge

Hong Kong Lounge has some of the best Dim Sum dishes I have every tasted.  The wait was about 20 minutes party of 3.  The top picture is Shanghai dumplings.  The order came very quick and was very hot.  The middle picture is of 3 deep fried taro and meat dumplings.  Some places really mess these up and over fry each and is dripping with oil.  Hong Kong Lounge does and excellent job of having a light crisp texture on the outside without drops of oil surrounding it.  The last picture is Seafood Noodles.  I am surprised at the size of the shrimps at Hong Kong Lounge.  In all of the dishes that has shrimp, each shrimp is huge.  Most of the time when I go eat dim sum, I would either go right when it opens or towards the end to avoid the crowds.
